4. Website Usage Rules

7. Performance Disclaimer

Digital marketing outcomes depend on factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or sales, though we follow best practices to maximize results.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All strategies, reports, and creative work remain Edwards Collab property until fully paid.
  • Clients retain rights to original content they provide.
  • We may display anonymized project results in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

9. Confidentiality

Client information and business data are confidential. We will not share without written permission, except as required by law.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our work may use tools like Google Ads or Facebook Business Manager. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or suspensions on third-party platforms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Edwards Collab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service.

13. Termination
